Prof. Dr. Lauren Howe held her Inaugural Lecture to celebrate her professorship on the 9th of May 2022 at the UZH Central Campus. The focus of the lecture was on her research on “The Human Side of the Future of Work,” which examines how people’s beliefs and expectations can shape the future of work, and the role of fundamentally human skills such as empathy and emotional intelligence in the changing world of work.
