Impact
In 2025, the Center for Leadership in the Future of Work deepened its focus on a central question: how can organizations remain human as artificial intelligence reshapes how we work, lead, and connect? Rather than asking whether technology will transform work, we explored how human judgment, emotion, and responsibility must guide that transformation.
Through our three pillars — Discover, Inspire, and Shape — we explored what makes us human at work, from emotional experience and vulnerability to communication with AI. We supported current and future leaders in integrating emotional and ethical insight into their decisions and partnered with organizations to translate research into practice.
