The HR Valley®
We incubate the HR Valley® – a striving People Innovation Ecosystem, dedicated to developing human-centered Future of Work solutions. We do so by disseminating novel insights through the ecosystem, accelerating network growth for talents, and enabling the cross-fertilization of ideas through ecosystem projects.
Businesses & start-ups
We work closely with business leaders to respond to, and anticipate people challenges in the Future of Work. We leverage the complementary expertise of people innovators and research capacity across sectors, to develop new ideas, and to elaborate, test and implement human-centered solutions.
We incubate Future of Work start-ups alongside the UZH Innovation Hub – a platform for innovation and entrepreneurship. The hub acts as a catalyst to accelerate the development of new inventions and ideas. It strengthens the transfer of research and teaching to concrete applications in society.
Future of work @ UZH
The University of Zurich introduced a Mobile Working model on May 1st, 2022. It is intended to enable more flexibility in where work is done and strengthen UZH’s sense of community. We implement the Future of Work @ UZH - Mobile Working project to support joint learning for the further development of the university work culture, through a co-creative and evidence-based learning process.
Openverse @ CFLW
At the Future of Work Virtual Reality Laboratory, we drive open collaboration through immersive virtual research. Our Openverse fosters global partnerships to co-create experiences and innovative solutions for enhanced workplaces worldwide.
