Lecture Series - Leadership in the Future of Work

The purpose of the Lecture Series – Leadership in the Future of Work, organized in collaboration with the University of Zurich Europa Institute, is to inspire current and future leaders to push forward people innovation by applying novel insights to identify, test, and scale up solutions to ensure that people remain at the heart of the future of work. We thus invite leaders from across the world to take the stage and share their understanding of leadership in the future of work.

The lecture takes place bi-annually, in the Spring and in the Fall. The audience is composed of current and future leaders, taking part via video streaming and in person in Zurich. The lecture is delivered in the University’s prestigious Aula, in which Winston Churchill held his landmark speech on Europe in 1946. It is followed by a reception, allowing for networking, including with practitioners and students.
